Credentium Wallet - Getting Started
Creating an Account
Credentium Wallet accounts are created automatically when you receive your first credential from an institution. You don't need to register manually.

When an institution issues a credential to you, you'll receive an email with instructions to set up your password and access your wallet.
Logging In
To access your credentials:
- Open the Credentium Wallet app
- Enter your Email address
- Enter your Password
- Tap Log In
Login Screen Elements
- Email - Your registered email address
- Password - Your account password
- Forgot password? - Link to reset your password if forgotten
Common Login Errors
| Error Message | Cause | Solution |
|---|---|---|
| Invalid email or password | Incorrect credentials entered | Verify your email and password are correct |
| Too many failed attempts. Please try again later. | Multiple failed login attempts | Wait a few minutes before trying again |
| Your account has been blocked. Please contact support. | Account locked for security | Contact support@credentium.com |
| Please verify your email address before logging in. | Email not verified | Check your inbox for verification email |
| Network error. Please check your connection. | No internet connection | Ensure you have an active internet connection |
Resetting Your Password
If you've forgotten your password:
- On the login screen, tap Forgot password?
- Enter your email address
- Tap Send Code
- Check your email for a 6-digit verification code
- Enter the code in the app
- Create a new password meeting the requirements
- Tap Reset Password
Password Requirements
Your password must include:
- At least 8 characters
- One lowercase letter
- One uppercase letter
- One number
- One special character (!@#$%^&*)
Verification Code Issues
- Invalid verification code - Ensure you entered all 6 digits correctly
- Code expired. Please request a new one. - Tap "Resend Code" to get a new code
- Too many failed attempts. Please request a new code. - Request a new code after multiple incorrect entries
You can resend the code after the countdown timer expires (displayed as "Resend code in Xs").
After Logging In
Once logged in, you'll see the main screen with three tabs:
- My Credentials - Your digital credentials list
- Verify - QR scanner to verify credentials
- Profile - Account settings and preferences
Session Management
For security, your session may expire after a period of inactivity. When this happens, you'll see:
"Your session has expired. Please log in again."
Simply log in again with your credentials to continue.
Logging Out
To log out:
- Go to Profile tab
- Scroll down and tap Log out
- Confirm by tapping Log out in the dialog
You'll be asked: "Are you sure you want to log out?"
