Credentium Wallet - Managing Credentials
Viewing Your Credentials
The My Credentials tab displays all your digital credentials. Each credential card shows:
- Credential title
- Issuer name
- Validity status
- Expiration date (if applicable)
If you don't have any credentials yet, you'll see:
"No credentials yet" "Your digital credentials will appear here once issued."
Credential Statuses
Credentials can have the following statuses:
| Status | Description | Indicator |
|---|---|---|
| Valid | Credential is active and verified | Green |
| Expired | Credential has passed its expiration date | Red |
| Revoked | Credential was revoked by the issuer | Red |
| Not Yet Valid | Credential's validity period hasn't started | Orange |
Searching Credentials
Use the search bar at the top to find specific credentials:
- Tap the search field
- Enter your search term (credential title, issuer name, etc.)
- Results update as you type
Placeholder text: "Search credentials..."
If no credentials match your search, you'll see: "No credentials match your search"
Filtering Credentials
Filter credentials by status:
- All - Show all credentials
- Valid - Show only valid credentials
- Include Revoked - Toggle to show/hide revoked credentials
Credential Details
Tap any credential to view its full details:
Basic Information
- Issued to - Recipient name
- Issued by - Issuing organization
- Issue Date - When the credential was issued
- Valid From - Start of validity period
- Valid Until - Expiration date (or "No Expiration" for permanent credentials)
- Grade - Achievement grade (if applicable)
- Description - Credential description
Revoked Credentials
For revoked credentials, additional information is shown:
- Revoked On - Date of revocation
- Revocation Reason - Why the credential was revoked
You'll see a warning:
"This credential has been revoked and is no longer valid."
Expired Credentials
For expired credentials, you'll see:
"This credential has expired."
Learning Achievements
Credentials may include detailed learning achievements showing:
- Learning Achievement - Educational accomplishments
- Learning Assessment - Evaluation results
- Learning Activity - Completed activities
- Entitlement - Rights or permissions granted
- Skill - Acquired skills
- Competency - Demonstrated competencies
- Certification - Certifications earned
Each achievement may display:
- Grade
- ECTS credits
- Workload hours
- Duration
- Start and end dates
- Grading scheme
- Learning outcomes
- Entry requirements
- Target group
- Thematic area
Use Expand All / Collapse All to show or hide achievement details.
Credential Actions
From the credential details screen, you can:
Verify
Tap Verify to perform a verification check on the credential. This confirms the credential is authentic and valid.
Share
Tap Share to share the credential via:
- Public link
- Signed PDF
- Signed JSON-LD (European Digital Credentials format)

Downloads
Tap Downloads to download credential files:

|---|---|
| Badge Image | Download the credential badge as PNG |
| Diploma PDF | Download the full diploma document |
| Raw Data (JSON) | Download credential data in JSON format |
Note: Downloads require an internet connection. If offline, you'll see:
"You need to be connected to the internet to download the badge."
Credential URI
Each credential has a unique URI identifier. Tap the credential URI to copy it to your clipboard:
"Credential URI copied to clipboard"
Offline Access
Your credentials are stored locally and can be viewed offline. However, when offline:
- You cannot verify credentials online
- You cannot share via public link
- You cannot download files
- You cannot enable/disable public access
You'll see "You are offline" when the device has no internet connection.
Pull to Refresh
To refresh your credentials list:
- Pull down from the top of the list
- Release to refresh
- The app will sync with the server
If loading takes longer than expected, you'll see:
"It is taking more time than usual. Please wait."
