How to Manage Your Profile
This article explains how to view and edit your profile information in the Credentium Wallet.
Overview
Your profile contains your personal information including name, email address, and profile image. You can update this information at any time through the profile settings.
Accessing Your Profile
From the Menu
- Click your profile icon or name in the top navigation
- Select Edit profile from the dropdown menu
The profile page header displays: User profile
Profile Fields
Your profile contains the following fields:
Given name*
Your first name (required field)
Family name*
Your last name (required field)
Email*
Your email address (required field)
- This is the email used for login and receiving notifications
- To change your email, click the Change button next to the email field
Profile Image
You can add or change your profile picture:
- If you have no image: Click Add image
- If you have an image: Click Change image
Editing Your Profile
Step 1: Make Changes
Update any of the editable fields:
- Type in the Given name field
- Type in the Family name field
- Add or change your profile image
Step 2: Save or Cancel
- Click Save to apply your changes
- Click Cancel to discard changes and revert
Success Message
After saving, you will see the confirmation: "Profile has been saved"
Changing Your Password
In the Password section, you can update your account password.
Click Change password to initiate the password change process.
This will redirect you to the authentication provider to securely change your password.
Danger Zone
The Danger Zone section at the bottom of the profile page contains critical account actions.
Delete Account
Delete Account - Permanently delete your account and all associated data.
Warning: "Permanently delete your account and all associated data. This action cannot be undone."
Click Delete Account to begin the account deletion process.

What information is required?
Given name, family name, and email address are all required fields.
Can I use a different email address?
Yes, click the Change button next to your email to start the email change process.
What image formats are supported for profile pictures?
Common image formats like JPEG and PNG are supported.
Is my profile information visible to others?
Your profile information is used for credential issuance and may appear on shared credentials. Review your privacy settings carefully.
Can I have multiple accounts?
You can create accounts with different email addresses, but each email can only be associated with one account.
