How to Create and Manage Presentations

This article explains how to create presentations to share multiple credentials together as a collection.


Overview

Presentations allow you to group multiple credentials into a single shareable collection. This is useful when you want to showcase a set of related achievements, such as all certifications for a particular skill set or career area.


Accessing Presentations

Navigate to the Sharing section from the main menu to view and manage your presentations.


Understanding the Presentations List

The presentations page displays all your created presentations. Each presentation shows:

  • Presentation name
  • Description (if provided)
  • Actions: Edit, Copy public link, LinkedIn Add to profile, Delete presentation


Empty State

If you have no presentations yet, you will see:

  • "No presentations"
  • "Create presentation to publicly share one or more credentials."
  • A button: Create new presentation


Creating a New Presentation

Step 1: Start Creation

Click Add template or Create new presentation to open the creation dialog.

The dialog title is: Create presentation


Step 2: Enter Details

Fill in the presentation information:

  • Presentation name (required) - Enter a descriptive name for your presentation
  • Description (optional) - Add additional context about the presentation


Step 3: Choose Credentials

Under Choose credentials, select which credentials to include in the presentation.

For each credential, check the box to Add credential to presentation.


Step 4: Save

  • Click Add to create the presentation
  • Click Cancel to discard and close the dialog


Editing a Presentation

Step 1: Open Edit View

Click the Edit button on the presentation you want to modify.


Step 2: Modify Details

On the edit page, you can change:

  • Presentation name* - Update the title
  • Description - Modify the description


Step 3: Manage Credentials

The credentials section shows two groups:

  • Added to collection
    Credentials currently in the presentation. Uncheck to remove them.

  • Other
    Credentials not in the presentation. Check to add them.

Each credential has a checkbox labeled: Add credential to presentation


Step 4: Save Changes

Click Save to apply your changes.


Sharing a Presentation

Click Copy public link on a presentation to copy its shareable URL.


Add to LinkedIn

Click the LinkedIn icon (LinkedIn Add to profile) to add the presentation to your LinkedIn profile.


Deleting a Presentation

Step 1: Initiate Deletion

Click Delete presentation on the presentation you want to remove.


Step 2: Confirm

A confirmation dialog will appear:

  • "Are you sure you want to delete this presentation?"
  • "It will be permanently deleted, but Your credentials will stay in Your wallet."


Step 3: Complete

After confirmation, you will see: "Presentation has been deleted"

Note: Deleting a presentation does not delete your credentials. They remain in your wallet.


Frequently Asked Questions

What's the difference between sharing a credential and a presentation?

  • Sharing a credential - Shares a single credential with its own public link
  • Presentation - Groups multiple credentials into one shareable collection with a single link


Can I include the same credential in multiple presentations?

Yes, you can add any credential to as many presentations as you like.


The public link remains the same. Viewers will see the updated presentation content.


Can viewers download credentials from a presentation?

Viewers can see the credential information in the presentation. For downloads, they would need access to the individual credential's public link.


Is there a limit to how many credentials I can include?

There is no set limit. Include as many credentials as you need for your presentation.
