How to View Your Credentials

This article explains how to view and manage your digital credentials in the Credentium Wallet.

Overview

Your credentials are stored in the My Credentials section of the Credentium Wallet. This is the main view you see after logging in, displaying all credentials that have been issued to you.

Accessing Your Credentials

Step 1: Sign In

  1. Open the Credentium Wallet application
  2. Click Sign in if you are not already logged in
  3. Enter your credentials to authenticate

Step 2: Navigate to My Credentials

After signing in, you will see the welcome screen with the message "Welcome" followed by your name. Your credentials are displayed in the My Credentials section.

You can also access your credentials from anywhere in the application by clicking My credentials in the top menu.

Understanding the Credentials List

Each credential card in the list displays:

  • Credential title - The name of the credential
  • Issuer - The organization that issued the credential
  • Issued - The date when the credential was issued
  • View Credential - Link to see full credential details

Revoked Credentials

Credentials that have been revoked by the issuer are marked with a VOID stamp and display a Revoked date.

To hide revoked credentials from the list, toggle the Hide revoked credentials switch.

Empty State

If you have not received any credentials yet, you will see the message: "You have no credentials yet"

Credentials are issued by organizations to your registered email address and automatically appear in your wallet.

Frequently Asked Questions

Why don't I see my credential?

Credentials are delivered to your registered email address. Ensure the issuing organization has your correct email. If you recently received a credential, try refreshing the page or signing out and back in.

What does "VOID" mean?
